Guess I need a 12 step program this year!

Carla - you hit the nail on the head -- I do love to water. It gets me into the garden enjoying things and not pulling weeds. Everything's relative. But I do get tired of it in August!

Ally - I still have a whole slew of little 4" annuals waiting in the garage.

Pam - I did put two cute new succulents into the lovely iron planter you gave me - I just love it.Dianahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08681758051433522246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7327638960016684551.post-51417367866277241072014-05-13T00:31:19.941-05:002014-05-13T00:31:19.941-05:00Yes, I have, and they're nearly all filled wit...Yes, I have, and they're nearly all filled with succulents. I can't resist those colorful annuals and great color combinations. Too much temptation out there and like yours, they add so much color and beauty to our areas not near the garden. I've finally decided the extra watering effort just gets me out there among the birds, butterflies and flowers, anyway. It's a win-win.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7327638960016684551.post-74309174399254037762014-05-07T09:18:34.414-05:002014-05-07T09:18:34.414-05:00As we run out of space in the ground to plant our ...As we run out of space in the ground to plant our beloved plant finds, gardening in pots allows us to continue collecting. It's a bit addictive. Your pots are looking good! My garden all looks like your war zone patio with all of the potted plants I bring outside after spending the winter inside. After they're accustomed to the outdoor light again, most of them need to be re potted, cleaned up, and to find a place in the garden. By October it'll look great but then it'll be time to haul everything back inside.outlawgardenerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08273973572989510382noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7327638960016684551.post-63356932530045691712014-05-05T15:22:18.424-05:002014-05-05T15:22:18.424-05:00Linda/patchwork - it's just pointless to even ...Linda/patchwork - it's just pointless to even say it, isn't it?!

Laura - and you'll keep getting more - it's like a spreading disease!

getgrounded - See, I know how it is! And oh yeah, the fern on the front porch. And I forgot, the big container with the hummingbird plant, and then there's the stock tank grouping. But that's it, I'm sayin'! It's hard, isn't it? And your pots are so pretty!
