Unseasonably warm days in the garden have some plants like this daisy thinking that it's already spring. And I can see why.
The forecast for today is sunny and 70 -- it doesn't get much better than that.
Between the weather and the daisy, it's enough to make a gardener smile.
What has you smiling today?

Well, I was smiling because we have had mild weather. Lots of rain, but that's okay. A few things are budding out! I might even have a bloom or two to share on Garden Bloggers Bloom Day, the 15th. But, the weather forecast for the next few days - oh, no! Night temperatures dropping down below freezing. 25 F tomorrow night! I'm getting out there in the rain today to get some photos.
Have a great day!

What a pleasant surprise. A gift from Mother Nature.
Well I can see why that's making you smile, especially with that nice weather! The little bulbs I see peeking out are making me smile these days.
We are having unseasonably 'warm' weather here, but still not much sun. I'm jealous.
Lea - We've had some rain, too, but the sunshine is wonderful. The days get much too long when they are gray and I can't even enjoy looking outside at the garden.
Janet - yes, it seems our holidays -- filled with rain and with sunshine -- were one long present from Mother NAture.
Jean -- I'm seeing some bulbs, too. Isn't it exciting? But I still have some I didn't get planted. Might try to find some time to put them in. (Don't tell anyone I'm breaking the rules!)
Commonweeder -- We'll try to send some sunshine your way...or you can find some in a new garden book - that always works for me in winter!
