My lacebark elm seems to be very sad this summer. I can't tell if it's all the rain or something else. Anyone have any idea? The tree has been here 2 years and has done very well. The problem seems to be on one side of the tree. Maybe it has two problems - something in addition to too much rain.... Help!

You've probably already thought of this, but does it look anything like dutch elm disease? I know that causes yellowing of leaves. Or maybe the amount of rain is bringing something into your soil from another area- any pesticides been used close by?
Maybe consider calling a certified arborist if it is an important tree to you.
